As a student of Sepp Herberger (world cup winner 1954) Dettmar Cramer represents a training philosophy adapting the Graeco-Roman ideals of education. Therefore, it is the personality development that Dettmar Cramer has placed in the center of football coaching.
Already in the beginning of his coaching career Dettmar Cramer had realized that youth training must consider „the functions of the nerve pathways“ (Dettmar Cramer 1952). Cramer’s training philosophy anticipated neuroscientific findings of the 1990ies („Decade of the Brain“).
In many countries around the world Dettmar Cramer laid the foundation for football leagues, coaches’ training, youth development and the social integration/development through football.
Sport of Football = PERSONALITY TRAINING
„Winning the game is No.1 intention of a team. But scoring friendship in football is even more important than scoring goals“.
„Training for football is training for life“

We further conduct scientific research to identify the FI of teams, clubs, associations, leagues, national federations to raise the FI status of regions, age groups, both male, female, and develop concepts to improve individual and overall performance abilities.
